About Grandeur
Grandeur Fit Out Technical Services was incorporated in 2015 and since then it has established itself as a reputed interior design company- undertaking all kinds of design work specializing in commercial and residential fit outs.
Grandeur Fit Out is part of Grandeur Middle East DMCC, which has been operating in the UAE since 2002. Grandeur has been a pioneer in the supply of Building and Chemical products in the UAE and across 12 world markets. With a strong presence in the Middle East, we represent various factories from Spain, Italy, Turkey, India, and China. Recently, Grandeur has established itself in Doha with a manpower management and maintenance company whose primary focus is in marble/granite/tile fixing.
Having a strong foundation in the Middle East, Grandeur Fit Out was formed to cater to clients with Interior Design requirements. With the help of our established contacts, we have successfully grown in the market and continue to have a global reach.
Grandeur Fit Out is an approved contractor with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), Concordia, Emaar, Nakheel and is able to take approvals and attain the completion certificates for all residential and commercial projects.

I Interior Design
Grandeur specializes in both residential and commercial designs. Whether you need a quick refresh of furniture and paint colors, or an extensive whole-house renovation, we can provide the expertise to make sure the project runs smoothly and gives you the best results possible.
II Fit Out
Grandeur offers an array of services for existing and new designs. We translate clients’ needs into a cohesive vision, ensuring that “the big picture” works aesthetically and functionally while reflecting each client’s personal style.
III Project Management
We provide detailed project architectural drawings, finished sections, and complete set of MEP drawings as required by the concerned authorities. We take complete control of the project by coordinating with the building management and government authorities for the necessary approvals. Our goal is to take care of the Do’s and Don’ts and execute projects in a timely manner with complete approvals and completion certificates.
